His mission is to enrich the diversity of the London wine market by introducing customers to lesser-known wine regions, boutique wineries, and distinctive grape varieties from around the world. The foundations of Sonvino were established in a charming monastery in the mountains of Kutaisi, Georgia, in 2011. Our founder, Serhat, fell in love with the homemade Georgian wines presented in clay pots and was inspired by the priests who crafted eclectic wines using traditional methods.
Since then, Serhat has dedicated his time to exploring and learning about the wine production regions all around the world.
